                  3.1  Analysis of existing information

                  Existing information from primary  and secondary  sources must be reviewed, in order to have

                  a reference framework and to implement the Recommendation. Figure 11 shows the sources
                  of information consulted and analysed. In addition, a bibliographic review of technical, legal,
                  and other documents was carried out, cited in the Bibliography section.























                  2   Primary sources: contain new and original information, which is the result of intellectual work. Examples:
                     official documents from public institutions, official databases, technical and research reports from public or
                     private institutions, and surveys, inter alia.
                  3   Secondary sources: contain organised, elaborated information, the product of analysis, extraction or
                     reorganisation that refers to original primary documents. Secondary sources are encyclopaedias, anthologies,
                     directories, books or articles on other works or research.
