GLAD is an online data retrieval-system containing ITU-R common information concerning administrations and geographical areas as well as means of identification, such as call signs, maritime identification digits and other identifications. It provides administrative information (i.e. list of all geographical area destinations, list of ITU Member states, etc.) means of identification of stations in accordance with Article 19 of the Radio Regulations as well as address codes of administrations and operating agencies.
