Why do I get an "Authorization Required" message even if I entered my correct username and password?

To avoid problems in retrieving TIES restricted documents and accessing the Study Groups' informal FTP areas, please take into account the following password guidelines:
  • It should be at least 6 and at most 8 characters long.
  • It should be a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, and a number.
  • It cannot be all numbers.
  • It cannot be all lowercase letters.
  • It cannot be all uppercase letters.
