        ITU works closely with its membership to develop international

        standards on a varying range of topics within the digital technology

        and ICT realm. Within the Standardization sector (ITU-T),                 leveraging digital technologies and
        international standards are referred to as ITU-T Recommendations          ICTs are increasingly becoming
