This document defines the methodologies and interfaces between Mobile device access list audit system (MDALAS) and Mobile Network Operators' Equipment Identity Register (EIR) to audit and reconcile whether the MNOs are complying with the defined Mobile device access list requirements. This document proposes different types of methodologies and interfaces to check and reconcile the Mobile device access list used by the MNOs to comply with the regulations with the Mobile device access list Audit System (MDALAS).
