Summary:

This new recommendation will primarily contain ::
a) an informative architectural part to explain the integration of energy management policies within the wider (NFV) network management/control plane;
b) definition of standard data objects, namely "energy-aware states" (EASes), to model physical and virtual devices' power management capabilities;
c) definition of standard primitives to manage physical and virtual devices' "energy-aware states" (EASes).
