关于电信与和平利用外层空间的报告

为响应联合国大会1961年第1721号决议（第十六届）要求国际电信联盟就需要国际合作的空间通信问题进行报告，国际电联为此于1962年编写了第一份《关于电信与和平利用外层空间的报告》。第一份报告提交给联合国大会和经济及社会理事会（ECOSOC）。后续的报告则提交给联合国和平利用外层空间委员会（COPUOS），该委员会是一个特设委员会，成立于1959年，是和平探索和利用外层空间国际合作的协调中心。

此报告于1962年至1996年间每年出版一次。每份报告都总结了自上次报告以来国际电联在外层空间领域的主要活动。此外，国际电联在附件中纳入了成员国提供的关于成员国在发展空间通信方面取得的进展的信息。
