Participants are requested to make their own travel arrangements to the UAE.

Transfers from Dubai International Airports to selected hotels will be provided free of charge to participants who have used the online hotel room booking service through the official agency designated by the Host Country (Nirvana Travel & Tourism LLC).

Transfers from Dubai International Airports to selected hotels will be provided from 26 October to 1 November and transfers from selected hotels to Dubai International Airports from 15 to 17 November.

A travel agent will be available in the Dubai World Trade Central (DWTC) to assist with travel arrangements.

Shuttle services to and from selected hotels and the DWTC will be provided free of charge to Conference participants. Relevant information will be provided with a welcome package to all participants upon registration at the DWTC.
