 | This study was initiated within the framework of the Regional Development Forum for the CIS (RFR-CIS) held in Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic, in October 2019. In particular, the RFR-CIS participants recommended that ITU include in its work plan a comprehensive study of the broadband regulation policies and principles, including a comparative analysis of the countries and recommendations on additional broadband development drivers. |
