Data Driven Instructional Interventions for Persons with Disability towards Digital Literacy- Using AI and Assistive Technology
Lack of literacy, numeracy and cognitive development, sometimes allied to motor skills, impact the future with diseases, disabilities and the future of work, for person with disability . Through innovative Assistive-Technology tools, together with a unique inclusive software platform, greatly increasing the Autonomy and possibility that they will be self-sufficient in the future. We understand that there are cases that are more serious, but we need to remember that in each person we find different skills. With our solution it will be possible to start the most assertive interventions, so that no one should be left behind in the Digital age.
The United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD) is a crucial international convention that sets out the fundamental human rights of people with disability (PwDs). Furthermore, ICT/digital accessibility is a fundamental pillar for the digital inclusion of all individuals, including PwDs and older persons, enabling them to live healthy, safe, and independent lives.
He is the Director of ADA Lovelace Software Private Limited, Proven and Prospective company at Software Technological Park of India, STPI, Bangalore, INDIA. He is a Artificial Intelligence Researcher, Global connector, Academician and thought Leader with great experience in Software Product Engineering. He is a Vice Chairman- Capacity Building and Education- Multistakeholder Alliance on Information Communication Technology (ICTs) - Geneva, Switzerland.
He was a Election candidate for World Bank Civil Society Policy forum Elections-2022 from South Asia. He was Invited and actively participated in the 2021 Annual Meetings of the World Bank Group and IMF, Washington DC. Actively continued to engage in the discussions of 2022 Spring Meetings of the IMF and the World Bank Group. He mentored Women in Cyber Security- 2022 for small island counties, Land locked countries and Least Development countries.
He has International Certification in Promoting Access to Medical Technologies and Innovation- World Health Organization- WHO, WIPO, WTO Trilateral and Executive- Geneva, Switzerland. He has International Certification and Participated in Stakeholder Engagement for the Implementation of the UN Convention against Transnational Organized Crime (SE4U), Vienna, Austria.

He was a Delegate in SEADS-2022, Asian Development Bank (ADB)-Manila, Philippines. He has organized workshop in 2018, 2020, 2021. 2022 and 2023 at International Telecommunication Union (ITU)- United Nations Specialized Agency for ICTs-Geneva, Switzerland.

With over twenty-five (25) years of service to the Dominican State, Wendy Teresa Goico Campagna holds the position of Counsellor (Economic and Cooperation Affairs) at the Permanent Mission of the Dominican Republic to the United Nations (UN) and other International Organizations based in Geneva, Switzerland, and serves as the focal point of the Permanent Mission to the International Telecommunication Union (ITU).
Since March 2023, Wendy Teresa Goico Campagna has assumed the responsibility, on behalf of the Permanent Mission of the Dominican Republic, for coordinating the Group of Latin American and Caribbean Countries (GRULAC) within the ITU. From July 2022 to July 2023 has been appointed to serve as a Member to the World Trade Organization (WTO) Pension Plan management Board elected by the General Council, decision of 26 July, 2022. Wendy Teresa Goico Campagna completed her Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo (UASD) in 1998. She further pursued her education and obtained a Master's Degree in International Trade from the Institute of Education, Administration, and Development (ISEAD), accredited by the Complutense University of Madrid (2009-2010). Additionally, she has actively engaged in various trade promotion courses to enhance her expertise in the field
Shira has worked as a Program Manager at enpact e.V., leading the organization of Berlin, Landing Pad, Germany to empower innovative and impact-driven startups in Asia, Africa, and LATAM to enter the European market via Berlin and connect startups with key stakeholders in the ecosystems. Currently she resides in Switzerland.

She has a master's degree in International Affairs from the Hertie School of Governance, focusing on Security and Sustainability, where her main focus was international development and conflict resolution.
