Abstract :

This document presents the annual report on the implementation of cost recovery for satellite network filings, pursuant to ITU Council Decision 482 (C01, last amended C20) and proposes modifications to this Decision consequential to decisions of the 2023 World Radiocommunication Conference (WRC-23).
