Abstract :	This document presents the budget 2022 financial situation as of 15 September 2022 and the budget 2022 implementation forecast until 31 December 2022. It highlights the challenge facing the budget implementation due to greater than expected expenditure and lower than predicted cost recovery revenue, especially satellite network filings and Telecom. This document also presents the measures and actions being undertaken by the ITU management to ensure that the budget implementation for 2022, and for the subsequent years will remain within available resources.
