Abstract :

Council-17 approved the establishment of an Organizational Resilience Management System (ORMS) Project.
This report provides the project background; summarizes the project findings and outcomes, describing the ORMS framework (Business Continuity and (BC) and Crisis Management (CM)); and contains three recommendations. This document was originally prepared as C20/15 for submission to the 2020 session of the Council but was not reviewed.
