Abstract :

Summary
At its 2015 session, the Council requested the secretariat to prepare a document on possible improvements for the roll-out of the Plenipotentiary Conference (PP). Additionally, Recommendation 8 of Committee 5, as approved by the 17th Plenary at PP-14, requests that the Council study the electoral process and propose improvements.
