Abstract :

This contribution proposes to amend the text of WTDC Resolution 31 (Rev. Buenos Aires, 2017), taking into account the text of Resolution 58 (Rev. Dubai, 2018) of the Plenipotentiary Conference on strengthening ITU's relations with regional telecommunication organizations and regional preparatory activities for the Plenipotentiary Conference and Resolution 25 (Rev. Dubai, 2018) of the Plenipotentiary Conference on strengthening the regional presence.
