Internet of Things (IoT) has become a fundamental technology in service infrastructure, integrating with the other emerging ICTs to produce intelligent and autonomous solutions. This draft Recommendation describes “Convergence framework for enhancement of service intelligence based on Internet of Things”. This document outlines a framework detailing how IoT can be integrated with technologies of AI (Artificial Intelligence), Cloud, Edge computing, Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) and, Big data to enhance service intelligence.
