Summary: The main purpose of this recommendation is to provide general principles for guiding relevant parties to calculate the carbon footprint of lithium-ion battery products and improve the transparency and consistency of carbon footprint assessment of lithium-ion battery products. This recommendation will help relevant stakeholders to better understand the carbon emissions of lithium-ion battery products and identify the emission reduction potential of such products in all aspects of the entire life cycle. This contribution revised from the 2nd draft for further alignment with the latest L.1410.
