对客户天线安装的保护

ITU-T K.71建议书提供了有关网络运营商在不进行建筑特有风险评估而在客户建筑上安装天线的时机的信息。在需要进行风险评估时，建议书就IEC 62305-2的实施提出了指导意见，还提供了有关网络运营商和建筑所有人所付责任的信息。修订版的K.71建议书对引证进行了更新，并增加了IEC 60364-5-54中的定义，以最大限度减少有关保护性导体的误解。有关避免天线和馈线电缆接触的部分得到了修正。对附录II进行了审查，以确保通用风险评估符合IEC 62305-2 ed. 2。
