Clasificación de interfaces para la aplicación de normas sobre resistibilidad y seguridad de los equipos de telecomunicaciones |
En la Recomendación UIT-T K.75 se dan a los fabricantes, operadores de red y laboratorios de pruebas orientaciones sobre la clasificación de los tipos de interfaz, es decir, externa (sujeta a descargas de c.a. o descargas producidas por el rayo) o internas (sujetas a fenómenos transitorios de bajada breves inducidos en el cableado del edificio). En esta Recomendación se definen las categorías de sobretensiones como una función de la tensión de resistividad inherente del Puerto o interfaz del equipo. Para cada categoría se definen las tensiones no disruptivas entre la interfaz de telecomunicaciones y la persona o el circuito peligroso (valor cresta y forma de onda). Estos valores cresta y formas de onda han de ser los convenientes para la coordinación del aislamiento. |
