Amendment 2 provides the following updates:
•Added text to clause 6.3.2 on the use of twoStepFlag in [IEEE 1588-2008] vs. [IEEE 15882019] based implementations.
•Added clause 6.7.12 on "wait-to-restore time" and portDS.wtrState.
•Added "portDS.twoStepFlag" to Table A.5.
•Replaced the word "synchronizing" with "locked" in Annex F.
•Replaced "timeTransmitter" with "Telecom-Grandmaster" in Appendix V.
•"Data set comparison algorithm" with references to [IEEE 1588] on defaultDS.timeReceiverOnly, portDS.timeTransmitterOnly, and portDS.notTimeTransmitter.
•Added a note to "Table 3 – Applicable clockClass values" on T-BC-A holdover
•Added performance monitoring Annex F of [ITU-T G.8275] as an optional feature of this profile

•Revised terminology based on inclusive language
