إدارة الكوارث من أجل زيادة قدرة الشبكات على الصمود والتعافي بوحدات موارد تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات القابلة للنقل والنشر |
تطرح التوصية ITU-T L.392 نهجاً لتحسين مقاومة الشبكة للكوارث والمساعدة على تعافي الشبكة بعد الكوارث بالحشد المادي للوحدات والمرافق التي تجمع الموارد القابلة للتحرك والنشر على الفور من موارد تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات (ICT). ووحدة موارد تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات القابلة للتحرك والنشر (MDRU) عبارة عن مجموعة من موارد تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات المجمعة كوحدة مادية قابلة لتحديد هويتها وقابلة للتنقل بأي وسيلة من وسائل النقل وتعمل كاحتياطي (بديل) لمرافق شبكية مضارة وتعيد وظائفها وتواصلها. كما توفر الوحدة MDRU موارد إضافية من تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات لتلبية الطلب الضخم من الاتصالات المتوقع في مناطق الكوارث. وبالتركيز على استعمال الوحدات كبديل للعقد المحلية، تستعرض التوصية الغايات المستهدفة لإدارة الكوارث وتقدم متطلبات رفيعة المستوى لكل من العمليات والمرافق في صورة توجيه. ولتقليص زمن النشر، وهو أحد الأهداف الرئيسية من استعادة الشبكة بالبديل، تعرض هذه التوصية كيفية استمثال العملية التي تبدأ بتجهيز المعدات للتشغيل اليومي للخدمة المقدمة في موقع الكارثة. |
