إدارة التصدي للكوارث من أجل مرافق المنشآت الخارجية

تقدم التوصية ITU-T L.92 استعراضاً شاملاً للاعتبارات التقنية لحماية المرافق خارج المنشآت من الكوارث الطبيعية. وتتناول التوصية إدارة الكوارث بالنسبة للمرافق خارج المنشآت مثل الكبلات والأعمدة وفتحات الصيانة مع شرح التدابير المضادة للكوارث الطبيعية مثل الزلازل والرياح العاتية والفيضانات. كما تقدم في التذييلين خبرات الكوريين واليابانيين في إدارة الكوارث، على التوالي. كما ترد ردود على استبيان في هذا الشأن، وذلك لتقديم معلومات أساسية عن الكوارث الطبيعية حول العالم. والهدف من هذه التوصية هو تبادل الملاحظات والمعارف والخبرات والممارسات على الصعيد الدولي، بحيث يتسنى تكييف الممارسات الهندسية المحلية سعياً إلى تحسين القدرة على مقاومة الكوارث للمرافق خارج المنشآت.
