Regional Initiatives for Africa

GovStack deep dive sessions on the whole-of-government approach were held in The Gambia, Lesotho, Senegal, amongst others, to share information on the effective delivery of digital government services.

In collaboration with different partners, support was provided to develop and implement e-waste management strategies for a circular economy in Botswana, Malawi, Niger, Rwanda, Uganda, and Zambia.

The ‘Collaborative Regulation Study – Accelerating Nigeria’s Digital Transformation’ report was developed in collaboration with the United Kingdom Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO), following a study on the operational costs of the telecommunication infrastructure and connectivity in Nigeria.

In collaboration with the Ministry of Justice in Ethiopia, capacity building trainings were delivered to foster the use and integration of emerging technologies in the judicial sector and advance digital transformation in Ethiopia.
