Recommendations were made for the development of the National Emergency Telecommunication Plan for Georgia and for the Cell Broadcast Service solution for sending alert messages.

Three digital transformation projects kicked off, namely the Digital Agriculture and Rural Transformation project in Albania –  a collaborative joint programme funded by the Joint SDG Fund and led by Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), International Labour Organization (ILO), and ITU;  the Digital Transformation of Local Self-Governments in Montenegro, implemented by United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) and ITU to support the development of the local governance system; and the joint programme “Digital Service Design Hub Clicking Together with Citizens” for Serbia, of which ITU is a knowledge partner.
