Digital Terrestrial Television Training in Brazzaville, Republic of Congo

The ITU Regional Office for Africa hosted a training on Digital Terrestrial Television (DTT), in Brazzaville, Republic of Congo, on 15-19 April 2024.

Participants from 34 countries gathered to participate in training aimed at supporting each of the country’s transition to digital television, including economic and financial aspects, and strengthened collaboration among African telecommunication regulators.

The training equipped professionals with in-depth knowledge and practical skills, including migration processes and  the implementation of migration roadmaps. Practical exercises and impactful content empowered participants and helped them to understand the real-world challenges their countries might face when deploying DTT within Africa.
