Advance registration is mandatory, following these steps:
Create an ITU user account (if you already have an account, go to step 2): When creating an ITU user account affiliated to an ITU Member (Member States, Sector Members, Associates, Academia, and UN System), users must obtain approval of their affiliation from the corresponding TIES Focal Point prior to submitting a registration request.
Register here : Log in with your ITU user account credentials and complete the corresponding registration request form.
