Bilateral meeting room reservations

Two bilateral meeting rooms are available at the Gulf Hotel (Al Nowras) and are managed by the ITU Secretariat.

Event participants who wish to reserve a room for a meeting can do so by contacting the ITU Secretariat at hcbmail@itu.int

Please note:

reservations are handled on a first-come, first-served basis and are limited to two non-consecutive 1.5-hour sessions per delegation, per day.
Kindly note these meeting rooms are designated for meetings only and cannot be used as workspaces.
