This Report provides elements related to WRC-19 agenda item 9.1, issue 9.1.9, “Studies relating to spectrum needs and possible allocation of the frequency band 51.4-52.4 GHz to the fixed-satellite service (Earth-to-space)”.
It presents the results from five compatibility studies conducted between FSS and EESS, based on specific deployment model for FSS Earth stations. Specific regulatory provisions would be required to make this deployment model relevant.
