ICT infrastructure business planning toolkit

As of the end of 2018, more than half of the global population is connected to and uses the Internet. To advance the UN Sustainable Development Goals, ICT infrastructure needs to be built out in unserved and underserved populations. The toolkit is written for regulators and policy-makers to offer a clear and practical methodology for accurately evaluating the economic impact of broadband infrastructure and create effective infrastructure deployment plans.
