Inter-generational Dialogue #4: Mind the gap: turning equality into reality

Inter-generational Dialogue #4: Mind the gap: turning equality into reality

As digital transformation accelerates across all aspects of our societies, how can we make use of technology to ensure gender equality and lift barriers to digital gender inclusion? Can we avoid embedding bias in new technologies? How can we equip digitally disenfranchised women, girls and minority groups with the relevant skills and access to benefit from digital transformation? What lessons can we learn from the success stories of women and girls actively contributing to and showing leadership in digital society? Young leaders and decision-makers identify key steps to closing the gender divide and enabling equal access for all to new digital opportunities.
