WTPF 2013 Proposed Draft Opinions

As part of the preparatory process for  the WTPF 2013, more than 140 experts considered the thirty draft opinions received in the three Informal Expert Groups (IEGs) meetings. On 8 February, the Informal Expert Group (IEG) approved at its 3rd meeting- by consensus - the text of six draft Opinions, for further discussion at WTPF in May 2013.
