​​​Abbie Barbir
CVS Health

Abbie Barbir is a member of Bank of America Global Information Security where he serves as Senior Advisor in the areas of Identity Management, Mobile devices, Authentication and Security. Abbie is involved in many security related activities within ITU-T SG17, FIDO Alliance, OASIS, Canadian Advisory Committee (CAC) ISO/IEC JTC1/SC 38 and JTC1/IoT. Abbie Barbir chairs the Identity Management question in ITU-T SG17 and is the Chair of ISO/IEC JTC1 SC 38. Abbie holds a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, USA. In his more than 25 years in the software and security industry, he has been a professor of Computer Science in Western Carolina University, an application developer, data compression and encryption inventor, systems architect, security architect, engineering manager, consultant, author, and inventor of numerous security algorithms and articles.
Matthew Davie
Chief Strategy Officer, Kiva

​Matthew Davie is Chief Strategy Officer at Kiva, a global non-profit focused on bringing financial inclusion to the world’s 1.7 billion unbanked. In this role, he focuses on enabling new initiatives that bring emerging technologies to vulnerable populations around the world. Recently, this has included developing Kiva Protocol and implementing in partnership with multiple United Nations agencies. Additionally, Matthew is a board member of the Libra Association, a charter member of the Linux Foundation’s Social Impact Working Group, and serves as a senior advisor to ID2020. From 2007-2015, he was an executive at multiple early-stage technology companies in the big data, entertainment, and gaming sectors. Before that, Matthew was a lecturer at Stanford University. He earned his B.S. from the University of California at Davis, and his M.S. and Ph.D. from Stanford University.

Bilel Jamoussi 
Chief of Study Group Department, TSB, ITU

Tunisian born, Dr. Bilel Jamoussi is Chief of the Study Groups Department of ITU Standardization Bureau in Geneva Switzerland. Since 2010, he has been leading the bureau’s standards making activities into a new era characterized by rapid convergence and the need for increased collaboration with vertical sectors and partnership between developed and developing countries. Prior to 2010, Jamoussi worked for a Telecommunication equipment and solutions provider for 15 years in Canada and then in the United States where he held several leadership positions and was granted 22 US patents in diverse areas including packet, optical, wireless, and quality of service. He holds a BSc, MSc and PhD degrees in Computer Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University, USA. He is fluent in Arabic, French, and English and speaks some Spanish and German.

Ramesh Kesanupalli
CEO, Digital Trust; Founder of  FIDO Alliance; Co-founder, DID Alliance

Ramesh Kesanupalli is founder of Nok Nok Labs as well as the FIDO Alliance, a global and open standards organization for passwordless online authentication. FIDO is an international standard supported by all major browsers and operating systems. It has been embraced by global partners and adopted by leading service providers. He previously served as CTO of Validity Sensors and has also held senior management roles at Phoenix Technologies, Object Connect, Telsima, Inc. and Network 24 (acquired by Akamai). He holds several patents in wireless software systems as well as several authentication patents.  He brings more than 20 years of IT security experience in the public and private sectors.

Corey Todaro
Senior Segment Lead, Healthcare, Digital Asset 

Corey serves as Senior Product Manager for Healthcare  with Digital Asset. He has more than a decade of experience working in and healthcare operations and information technology for large multi-national corporations and technology start-ups.
Corey works closely with healthcare enterprises globally, driving adoption and development of smart-contract and digital-ledger based solutions. From payment infrastructure to secure data exchange, Corey is at the forefront of DLT solution design for the healthcare vertical. He was one of the first to introduce DAML, an open-source, intuitive, smart contract language, to technologists and business managers in the healthcare sector who are challenged by the need to share sensitive information and process complex multi-party transactions within the enterprise, and across the industry.Prior to Hashed Health, Corey served as CTO of Hashed Health, a Nashville-based healthcare blockchain developer. Corey comes to blockchain work with a health of health IT experience, including roles at  Martin Ventures, a health IT-focused venture firm, as well as at Vanguard Health Systems (now Tenet Health Corp.), a large multi-market health system, that focuses on the payment innovation, population health, and cutting-edge operational assets.
