- Reviewed incoming Liaison statements related to the SG12 work programme, and drafted replies as appropriate
- Reviewed SG12 activities related to ITU's Bridging the Standardization Gap (BSG) programme.
- Reviewed and agreed to a proposal for a new work on a QoS Framework for IMT-2020, to be established in Q2/12
- Reviewed proposals on a framework for monitoring QoS for Broadband Internet Access; and a guide on domain-specific key performance indicators (incl. thresholds and measurement methodologies) for improving QoE, to be considered in the respective Questions

- Reviewed and updated its work programme
- Discussed the next meeting of SG12 RG-AFR, which will be held in conjunction with a Regional Standardization Forum and SG5 RG-AFR (see "Future meetings and workshops" for more details)
