As part of the Video Demonstration Track, the ITU Kaleidoscope 2020 Steering Committee selected the following video:​​

Video Demonstration Track of 
ITU Kaleidoscope 2020: Industry-driven digital transformation​​​​​


The 2020 edition of Kaleidoscope includes a Demonstration Track for video contributions relevant to digital transformation. This track is intended to offer students, academics and researchers a means to share their research and ongoing projects to a wider international audience, using on-line tools.

The demonstrations are expected to focus on applied research related to the topics of K-2020 and unveiling new aspects of digital transformation. The subject may range from early research prototypes to mature production-ready systems.


Selection of the demonstrations has been done in a two-step process. First, candidates described what they intended to show in an extended abstract (1 page, including references). Abstracts are in English and include the authors' names and affiliations. They also conform to the K-2020 official templates and are submitted in PDF format to the ITU Kaleidoscope Secretariat (kaleidoscope@itu.int). The proposals have been evaluated by the K-2020 Steering Committee according to their relevance to the K-2020 theme, clarity, originality, innovation, applicability, and potential impact on people's lives.

If the proposal is accepted, authors are requested to submit a video (max 3 minutes) of the demonstration for final evaluation by the K-2020 Steering Committee.​​

Selected demonstration videos are posted on the conference website. During the course of the conference, a Q&A session with the authors is organized. ​
