Prof. Tai-Won Um received his Ph.D degree in 2006 from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST). From 2006-2017, he was with the Electronics and Telecommunication Research Institute (ETRI), Korea. In 2017, he joined the Chosun University, Korea as an Associate Professor. Prof. Um has been an active member of ITU-T Study Group 13 as an Editor from 2005 on the MPLS, mobility and NGN issues.
