Eduardo Saiz received B.S. and M.S. degrees in telecommunications engineering from
the University of the Basque Country in December 2009. Since January 2010 he
has worked as a research fellow for the Networking Quality and Security (NQaS)
Research Group of the University of the Basque Country. In this period he has
cooperated in the development of a neutral infrastructure for the deployment of
different QoS measurement services. He is currently working toward his Ph.D.
degree. His research interests focus mainly on QoS network performance and
parameters and QoS/QoE performance measurements.
