Hisayuki Ohmata received the B.E. and M.E. degree in Information and Computer Science from Keio University, Japan, in 2001 
and 2003, respectively.
He joined NHK (Japan Broadcasting Corporation) in 2003. Since 2007, he has been engaged in research and development on content management and delivery systems in NHK Science & Technology Research Laboratories (NHK STRL). He is currently working on development "Hybridcast", a hybrid system of broadcasting and the Internet.
