Dimitar R. Kolev received his BE and ME in Telecommunication technologies in Technical University of Sofia, Bulgaria in 2006 and 
2008. He is currently working towards his PhD degree in Waseda University, Tokyo, Japan with particular interest in free-space optical communication systems. He is a student member of IIEEJ.
