Takuya Kato received his B.Eng. and M.Eng. from the University of Tokyo, Japan in 2011 and 2013, respectively.
He has been engaged in research on electricity problems in developing areas.
In 2013, he joined KDDI Corporation, which is a telecommunication company in Japan.
