Head of Network Management Division – TDM, SA. Maputo - Mozambique
Malaquias Elias Macaringue is an Electronic Engineer graduate from Universidade Eduardo Mondlane in Maputo – Mozambique, working for Telecomunicações de Moçambique, SA (TDM). His current functions are the Head of Network Management Division, in charge of three Departments: TDM NOC, Teletraffic Engineering & QoS and TMN Platform Administration as well as the EASSy Maputo Landing Station.
Joined TDM in 1990, and his background include Swicthing, Transmission, Teletraffic Engineering, Network Management and Monitoring, so he gained a lot of experience in the Operation and Maintenance on the Telecom field.
He is representing TDM in several Forums such as: AITEC, African and International SNO, QSGD, ITU-T SG12 QoS/QoE and EASSy O&M SC.
