At IDA, Ms Lee Wan Sie is responsible for the deployment of ICT infrastructure to enable Smart Nation applications, such as wireless sensor networks and sensor data sharing platform. She holds a concurrent role as the head of IDA Labs, where she looks at driving experimentation with technology.
Wan Sie has extensive experience in technology use in the public sector, having developed Singapore’s long term national ICT strategy and implemented large, multi-agency e-Government services. She has also provided e-Government advice and consultancy to other governments in the world.
