QU Pengfei

Pengfei_Qu_photo.jpgPengfei Qu received his B.S. (Applied Physics) from Beihang University in 2002 and M.S. (Communications and Information System) from China Academy for Telecommunication Technology (CATT) in 2005. Then he started his career in China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT, former CATR). His major responsibilities are EMC testing and standardization.  From 2005 to 2010 he worked as test engineer and project manager of various telecommunication products for China domestic NAL and CCC certification. After 2010, the scope was extended to worldwide certification such as CE and FCC. He started the EMC standardization work in China Communications Standards Association (CCSA) since 2007. He contributed to many wireless product’s EMC standards, in particular to the GSM/UMTS/LTE EMC standards. He also represents CAICT in IEC/CISPR. He focuses on the EMC requirements of ICT products in CISPR. He joined the technical activities of CISPR/A, CISPR/I and several task forces.
