QI Shuguang

​Shuguang Qi received her M.S.degree in communication engineering from Beijing university of Posts and Telecommunications. She Joined China Academy of Telecommunication Research of MIIT (CATR) in 2007. Since 2007 to 2009, she was engaged in research and development of green energy application in telecommunication. She started research and standardization on green infrastructure for ICT from 2009, now she is Associate Rapporteur of Q17/SG5 and Associate Rapportuer of Q17/SG5. These two questions cover energy efficiency and power feeding system. She is an ICT Infrastructure Expert in CATR and very active in standardization in China, now she is Vice Chair of Working Group (WG) 2/Technical Committee (TC)4/China Communications Standards Association(CCSA).
