​Mohan Jayasekera has been with the regulator for nearly 20 years. He holds a first degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, a Masters in Computer Science and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Science. He is a Chartered Engineer and a member of the IET (UK).
