Pradipta Biswas Indian Institute of Science (IISc)
Pradipta is Associate Professor at the
Centre for Product Design and Manufacturing and associate faculty at the
Robert Bosch Centre for Cyber Physical Systems of
Indian Institute of Science. Pradipta is an active member of the
International Telecommunication Union and was elected vice-chairman of
ITU Study Group 9 in 2022. He also serves as
Co-Chair of the IRG-AVA since 2019 and earlier as vice -chair of ITU-T
Focus Group on Smart TV. Previously he was a Senior Research Associate at Engineering Department, Research Fellow at Wolfson College and Research Associate at Trinity Hall of University of Cambridge. Pradipta holds a PhD in Computer Science at the Rainbow Group of University of Cambridge Computer Laboratory and Trinity College in 2010 and was awarded a Gates-Cambridge Scholarship in 2006.

Stéphane Feron Stellantis
He holds an Engineer diploma from Centrale-Supelec, and works for more than twenty years in the field of automotive HMI. Entered in 1999 at PSA Peugeot Citroen, where he was in charge of the innovation for HMI devices until 2010. Afterwards he became corporate expert to support and guide innovation and development works in the field.

Francois Fischer Chair FG-VM WG3, Huawei
He holds an Engineer diploma (master) in electrical engineering and information technologies and is expert leader for Standardisation and Industry in the fields of Connected Vehicle, Smart Cockpit Maps and infotainment at Huawei Technologies. After working at Siemens in Germany, as software developer, he founded FSCOM to provide consultancy in different vertical domains relating to Intelligent connected devices. He strongly contributes to the standardisation at ETSI as member through many ETSI Specialist Task Forces. Before joining Huawei he worked at ERTICO leading Connected and Automated Mobility Research and Innovation, where he coordinated EU-funded actions dealing with Cooperative and Connected Automated Mobility, eCall, GNSS and 5G, Cloud computing and IoT, e.g. the AUTOPILOT innovation action about IoT for Autonomous Vehicle and the 5G-MOBIX Innovation Action about 5G for CCAM. He is the chairman of the AIOTI (Alliance for Internet of Thing Innovation) working Group on Smart Mobility and Member of the AIOTI Steering Board. He is delegate in ISO TC22, TC204 and TC211 and member of the Open AR Cloud. |

He holds elected Standards roles as ETSI Board Member and Head of the Italian Delegation for the European Standardisation of AI (CEN-CENELEC-JTC21-AI). He is the convenor of AhG8 “AI risk classification and AI risk management” in JTC21-AI. His areas of interest also include Automotive evolution towards Autonomous Driving (sensing, in-cabin needs and opportunities), AI in systems, Human aspects (UI, Accessibility, Motion sickness free entertainment), and more generally respecting the Planet and its People (Sustainability). He holds several patents, and is expanding framework and applications for Matrices of Sets, following encouragements from the British Computing Society (BCS/Formal Aspects of Computing Science). |

Jun Li is the Chairman of ITU-T Focus Group on Vehicular Multimedia and Deputy Secretary General of TIAA (Telematics industry Application Alliance), Senior Engineer. He has over 20 years of experience in the sectors of Mobile and Satellite industries. He also has a deep understanding of mobile communication and satellite broadcasting technology, and had participated and chaired the TD-LTE (4G international standard) industrialization and internationalization for 15 years. He is currently responsible for “Internet plus” satellite mobile broadcasting network integration terminal standards and industrialization. He serves as Deputy Secretary General of TIAA, is also the leader of Vehicular Multimedia Workgroup of TIAA, take charge in construction of Chinese Vehicle Digital Multimedia Eco-system. He also leads research on AD (Autonomous Driving) driven by High Precision Navigation and Inertial Navigation System.

Yannick Ostad IKA
Yannick Ostad holds a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from RWTH Aachen University and a master’s degree in economics (also from RWTH Aachen). After one year at Volkswagen, he began his PhD studies as a research associate at the Institute for automotive engineering in Aachen (ika). While starting as a consultant in the strategy department, he later focused his work on HMI development. He currently leads a team of HMI specialists working in publicly and industrial funded research for future human-vehicle-interaction.
