This database contains administrative, operational and technical data on
the oceanographic radars operating in the frequency bands between 3
and 50 MHz. The use of the majority of these bands by oceanographic radars
is governed by Resolution 612 (Rev.WRC-12) of the
Radio Regulations. The purpose of this database is to facilitate coordination
of such oceanographic radars with the concerned administrations. It should be
noted that the assignments contained in the database are used only as reference
information and do not have any regulatory status in terms of the Radio
Regulations.
