Scope
Agreement made on 3 October 2005, by and between the International Telecommunication Union, an intergovernmental organisation and a specialized agency of the United Nations having its Headquarters at Place des Nations, CH-1211 Geneva 20, Switzerland, and the International Electrotechnical Commission, having its principal place of business at 3, rue de Varembé, P.O. Box 131, CH-1211 Geneva 20, Switzerland.
