How to get User account
This page explains how to get user accounts for the administrations who have not been registered with the “e-Submission for Satellite Network Filings” as of 22 October. The person who has an user account for "e-Submission for Satellite Network Filings" as of 22 October has an user account for "e-Communications" and can log in with the same user name and password.

All users need user accounts to access the test site of e-Communications.
e-Communications have 2 types of user roles:
- Administration Manager
- Administration User
In this regard, administrations who are not registered with the “e-Submission for Satellite Network Filings” as of 17 October 2019 are invited to communicate to the Bureau by fax: +41 22 730 5785 or by email: brmail@itu.int the initial list of one or more person (or entity) assigned for the Administration Manager role indicating
- the person's name
- title
- email address
- telephone number
- TIES user name
Note that the Bureau will be the only responsible for registering accounts for the Administration Manager role. The Administration
Manager can authorize access to the system for other Administration Users for
“e-Communications”.
For security reasons, access to the e-Communications is restricted to registered TIES users only.
3 Easy Steps to Start
All existing users registered with the “e-Submission for Satellite Network Filings" with Administration Manager or Administration user roles as of 22 October have been registered for "e-Communications" with same user roles.
Such e-Submission users can log in e-Communications with their TIES user names and passwords. Currently only Administration Managers and Administration users can test.
