With your TIES account, you may proceed to request access to the Consultation Meeting SharePoint site through https://1f8a81b9b0707b63-19211.webchannel-proxy.scarabresearch.com/net4/iwm
Once logged in, you need to navigate to:
My Services > Service catalog > ITU > ITU-R > SSD > Res609 > Then select "r-ssd-res609" and click "Subscribe / Request subscription" button.
