​Fanny-Carlotta Rotino, Project Coordinator, Child Online Protection, ITU. Coordinator and co-author of the ITU Guidelines on Child Online Protection, she has chaired a working group of numerous experts in the field of Child Protection, ICTs and cybersecurity. Prior joining ITU, Fanny has worled for UNICEF with a focus on partnerships, youth participation, and sustainable development goals. Before joining the UN system, she focused on Child Rights related to children on the move and children in armed conflict at terre des hommes and Plan International. Fanny holds a Master Degree in International Relations and Peace and Conflict Studies from the Goethe University in Frankfrut with a specific focus on human rights and humanitarian aid.
Sarah Delporte, Project Officer, ITU Office for Europe. Sarah is in charge of the UN Affairs and UN Partnerships and of the Digital Inclusion portfolios at the Europe Office of the ITU, which also includes management of projects to support countries in rolling out the Child Online Protection Guidelines at the national level in the Europe Region.  Prior to joining ITU, she had several experiences in the communication and marketing sectors. She holds a double master's degree in Public Policy and Human Development from the UNU-MERIT, specialized in social entrepreneurship and public policy, as well as a bachelor's degree in communication and marketing. She has also followed journalism training. She is passionate about applying innovative and integrative solutions to create a sustainable and inclusive future f​​or all.
